1. Well Located: We focus on properties in B and C type areas near job oportunities and growth areas.

 

2. Value-Add: Our acquisitions focus on properties with a value-add component such as deferred maintenance,                     deficiencies in management, and low market rents. 

 

3. Local Communities: The ability to work with local communities in rebranding or increasing the image of each                   acquisition.

 

4. Geographic Preferrence: We prefer to focus on properties in Michigan and northern Ohio.
